Emergencies

If you have a medical emergency or feel that you are in labor outside of regular office hours, we ask that you contact our answering service at (919) 571-1040. The physician on call will contact you within 15 minutes of your call. Patients can also receive after-hours care at the OB Emergency Department at Rex Hospital. If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

Appointments or Questions

Please call (919) 571-1040 to schedule an appointment, request a “work-in” visit (which can usually be accommodated same-day for established patients) or to speak with our advice nurse. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance. Please visit our Patient Center for New Patient Information and Medical Forms.

Prescription Refills

If you are an established patient and need a prescription refill, please have your pharmacy fax in a Prescription Refill Form to (919) 781-0247 during normal office hours. We are no longer able to accept phone-in requests. If you are in need of a new prescription, please contact our office at (919) 571-1040 and ask to speak to the triage nurse who will communicate your request to your doctor.
